Arbisi 's City Body Shop

Nervous on who could work on a 2026 Chevy equinox EV. They had made a great, easy experience! Way quicker turn around than expected. Awesome communication. Insurance was easy with State Farm and them too.

Tony and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. The office is immaculate. I dropped my car off to have a new shield put on underneath my car and they brought my car back to me at work within a couple of hours. The cost was reasonable, but you cannot put a price on that kind of service. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body repairs! Thank you all so much!!

Great customer service and fantastic work! The first thing we noticed was how clean the shop and reception area was. Makes you feel like they’ll take good care of your vehicle just by walking through the doors. All I had to do was provide my claim number and they took care of the rest. Never even had to deal with insurance outside of filing a claim online. Arbisi’s even went above and beyond when my windshield got cracked shortly after the repairs by a rock. THANK YOU!!!! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the quality of the body repair work performed by Arbisi's City Body Shop on my Toyota Highlander. I took my Highlander to Arbisi's City Body for body repair to the passenger side rear door. An Allstate Insurance insured backed into my vehicle in a parking lot. The insured driver and Allstate accepted 100% liability. Everything seemed to be proceeding smoothly until Allstate gave me a low ball check in the amount of $950. Arbisi's then contacted Allstate on my behalf and worked everything out. I ended up getting my vehicle fully and properly repaired, and did not have to pay anything out of my own pocket to Arbisi's. Thank you Arbisi's.

The best autobody shop I've ever worked with. The people who work here are wonderful; Sheila, the owner, and Dana were sincere, honest and fair with their estimates of the damage to my girlfriend's Lexus. They worked with me on focusing repairs so I could afford everything I wanted done and this was after I had told them that I had been to multiple autobody shops in rockford and was getting estimates that were way too high for the work needed. Not only did my girlfriend's car come out looking BRAND NEW, but I saved money from what my insurance company offered to pay out for the collision damages the car sustained). I've meant to write a review for how happy we are having found them for months now. They DESERVE your business.
